Over the past 10 years with the company, my journey from drafter to team leader to Technical Manager has been shaped by trust, responsibility, and continuous growth.
I didn’t set out to become a Manager, but with every opportunity and challenge, I learned to step up and take ownership.
It hasn’t always been easy. There were tough moments and hard decisions that tested me both mentally and physically. But I’ve learned that strength is a choice, and leadership means treating every task with the same care you’d give to something truly your own.
We often overlook small wins and focus too much on our mistakes. But instead of being discouraged, I’ve learned to focus on how to improve. Mistakes don’t define us, how we respond to them does.
I’m grateful for the trust this company has placed in me. It’s been a key part of my growth.

Technical Manager
I've been with the company for over 9 years now. We started in a small office, building trust with my colleagues and aligning myself with Archetype's vision. Over the years, I had the opportunity to work directly with the client and grow professionally. The management recognized my efforts and entrusted me with greater responsibilities, eventually letting me manage our old office and work closely with the team.
Then the pandemic hit. We quickly shifted to working from home. Despite the challenges, I remained connected with my old client, and the company once again trusted me to lead during a critical time when many businesses had come to a halt. After three months, even while the pandemic continued, I returned to the office and took on a challenge, leading the cabinet vision training team for a new client, a role I proudly continue today.
Spending this long in one place comes with its ups and downs. Burnout is real. New people join, decisions evolve, and not everything stays as sharp as before. Inspiration fades, but it always finds its way back.
You don't stay for the place, you stay for the purpose and the people who help you remember it. And that's why I'm still here.

Working with Ascentia is an awesome experience for me and I can't deny that it's really part of how I grow professionally. It is great to have TLs, Managers, and Bosses that are caring, and you can rely on them amid problems/uncertainties, that they will guide you to the path that they want you to be. The work experience is also virtually limitless so that you can almost always face challenges that will stretch your capacity and comfort zone. Working in Ascentia for almost five years is a remarkable experience for me. When I first joined, I had no background in architectural joinery or Cabinet Vision. I was stepping into the unknown uncertain but eager to learn.
